Dear Exhibitors and Partners,
On behalf of the Designers Lighting Forum of New England, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each manufacturer who joined us for Boston Lights Expo 2025. Your enthusiasm, preparation, and commitment to our lighting community were the driving force behind the success of this year’s show. Quite simply - without you, the Boston Lights Expo would not have been possible.
Over the past two years, our team worked to create an event that brings together design professionals, engineers, and manufacturers in a meaningful way, and seeing the energy on the show floor reaffirmed exactly why we do it. The conversations, demonstrations, and connections that took place throughout the day remind us that this is more than a trade show - it’s a celebration of our industry’s creativity and collaboration.
A special thank you is also owed to the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and our partners at Freeman, whose professionalism and support made the shipping, load-in, and load-out process incredibly smooth. Their dedication helped ensure that everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes so that the focus could remain on showcasing your incredible products and innovations.
We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to our local agencies, whose collaboration and support were instrumental in bringing this year’s show to life:
Apex Lighting Solutions, Boston Illumination Group, Boston Light Source, Brilliant Lighting, Exposure, Holbrook, Illuminate, Reflex Lighting, SK & Associates, and the manufacturers seeking representation.
Your partnership continues to strengthen the connection between specifiers, designers, and manufacturers across New England.
A heartfelt thank you as well to our advocacy groups, Boston IES Chapter, WILD Boston, NACLIQ, BUILD, Light Justice, and Equity in Lighting, for their ongoing efforts to elevate our profession through education, inclusivity, and awareness. Your leadership and collaboration enrich the entire lighting community and help ensure our industry continues to move forward with purpose and impact.
Our gratitude also goes to our 12 presenter groups, whose contributions brought great depth and insight into the most current issues and topics shaping lighting design today. Their sessions inspired conversation, fostered learning, and reminded us of the power of shared knowledge in advancing our field.
You should have already received our Exhibitor Exit Questionnaire. I encourage you to take a few moments to share your honest feedback. Your input is invaluable as we evaluate what worked well and where we can make the Boston Lights Expo experience even better in 2027 and beyond.
We’re already looking ahead to Boston Lights 2027, and we can’t wait to build on this momentum. Keep an eye out for future announcements and registration details. Based on the overwhelming response to this year’s event, we fully expect booth spaces to sell out quickly once again.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and for helping make the Boston Lights Expo Northeast’s premier lighting specification showcase.
With sincere appreciation,
Bryan Lussier
President, Designers Lighting Forum of New England
